Since the CDC has issued new data indicating that masks protect everyone, company employees will wear masks while working indoors and at any time while on the client's property, unless the client does not want or want them to be follow recommended precautions and sign a Covid waiver.

Gloves and booties will be provided by all employees on request inside the home, unless painters are working on ladders or scaffolding (booties are not safe in such cases).

To the extent possible, work will be done away from clients in the home, or work areas in common spaces will be covered with plastic, and if the temperature allows, we will open the windows to allow air flow.

At the end of each workday, the team leader will ensure that all high-touch surfaces (such as doorknobs, chair backs, toilet seats, sink fixtures, our countertops) are cleaned with disinfectant wipes. The used wipes will be taken out of the house for disposal.

Before entering any client's home, the team leader will take the temperature of each team member and verify that everyone is at the correct temperature, in case any member with elevated temperature is sent home on the way home and be quarantined.

The customer will be notified immediately. At that point, the client will decide if the rest of the team can work, or if they prefer, the team will go home and undergo a rapid test before resuming work if the test result is negative. This can take up to a few days if the rapid testing centers do not have immediate appointments available.

If any of our employees test positive or show symptoms of Covid, they will be quarantined until they test negative.
